    1st Cavalry Division, Airmobile

    27th Maintenance Battalion, out of Fort Benning, September 1965 with the 1st Cavalry Division and served with the 1st Cav throughout their service in Vietnam,

    Small unit for a Battalion never manning up to more than 370 operatives. They returned to Fort Benning in April of 1971.
